Stanislav Skliarov is a Partner at Legarithm. He advises on company formation, gaming and crypto/EMI licensing, international tax planning, and intellectual property and IT law.
He earned a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in International Private Law from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, and a further Master’s degree in Intellectual Property and ICT Law from KU Leuven (Brussels campus) — one of the world’s top-50 universities. A licensed attorney (bar certificate), he is also a PhD candidate at the V. M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law, where his research addresses the international legal regulation of cross-border cooperation against tax evasion by multinational corporations. He is fluent in Ukrainian, English and German.
