What sets the monthly price of accounting for a foreign-owned company: documents, VAT, payroll, reports
Bulgarian bookkeeping costs €150 a month up to 30 documents, €190 up to 60 and €240 up to 100. Cyprus and UAE quotes rise with the same count, and the published prices are on the pricing page.
A VAT number costs €30 more a month in Bulgaria, where returns are monthly. The Cyprus €290 and the UAE $350 include the quarterly returns.
The Bulgarian tariff covers payroll for two people, and each further employee adds €8 a month. Payroll in Cyprus and payroll in the UAE are quoted by headcount.
The tax return is inside every fee. The year-end statements are inside the Bulgarian €150 and the UAE $350, and in Cyprus your quote prices them with the auditor's file. A UAE fee rises with how often you want reports.
Switching accountant: what we ask your present one for, and when we take over
- day 11
Your authorisation
One authorisation, signed online, lets us write to your present accountant.
- 2 to 5 days2
The records
We ask your present accountant for the ledgers, the trial balance, every filed return and the tax portal login. A UAE handover takes 2 to 5 days.
- 5 working days3
The list
We sort every return into one list: filed, due, overdue. A Bulgarian company has it within 5 working days.
- from the next deadline4
The day we take over
We file from the next return due. Start on the 1st of a month or quarter, and each period keeps one accountant.
Your quote names the day we take over and the price for a month. See the prices
Online accounting: how documents reach your accountant and what you see each month
In each of the three no return goes out until you approve it in the account.
Upload it, and your accountant books it
You upload an invoice or a photo of a receipt to your account on the platform, and your accountant enters it in the books. After each monthly close you see what the company earned and spent, and which papers we still need.
What you send each month
Each month you send invoices, receipts, bank statements, new contracts and staff changes. A Bulgarian company sends them by the 5th, and in the UAE a complete, legible scan replaces the paper.
A platform where you open

Your whole company is in your pocket. Sign documents, check the books and write to your accountant from your phone.

What clients write about Legarithm
4.8 on Google from 26 reviews.
…they handled my Cyprus company setup while I was still in London. Smooth remote process and great communication.
We had long been looking for someone to register a company in the UAE and help with the account. With Legarithm it went as it should: a clear process, help with the documents, no red tape.
We set up a company in Cyprus. Nobody pushed extra services, everything was to the point. They explain things clearly, give a real timeline and help with the tax details.
Everything is well coordinated and clear. Half an hour of the first meeting was more useful than two weeks of trying to work it out myself.

Questions about outsourced accounting
What is outsourced accounting?
An outside firm keeps your company's books, runs its payroll and files its returns for a monthly fee. UAE tax rules name the arrangement: since 30 July 2026 an outside accountant may hold a company's records.
When must accounting for a startup begin?
In the month of registration. Cyprus gives a new company 60 days to obtain a tax number, the UAE 3 months for corporate tax registration. A company that we registered starts with no handover: international company formation.
Can you keep the books for my companies in two countries?
Yes, in one account. We reconcile a UAE company's IFRS books to the reports of its head office and prepare consolidated statements for a Cyprus holding with subsidiaries. The same account holds companies in five more countries: company services in Estonia, company services in Malta, company services in Hong Kong, company services in Singapore and company services in the USA.
Do I need bookkeeping software of my own?
No. Your account opens in a browser and shows every closed month. A UAE company that already uses Xero, QuickBooks or Zoho Books keeps it, and you hold the owner's login.
What happens to returns that are already late?
They come first: we rebuild the missing months from the bank statements and the invoices, then file the overdue returns.
Which country asks least of a dormant company?
Bulgaria. One declaration by 30 June, which we file for €120, replaces the tax return and the yearly statements. A dormant Cyprus company files audited or reviewed statements, a UAE one its yearly tax return.
