Investment Requirements

Applicants must make a qualifying investment in one of the approved categories. A non-refundable contribution to the Economic Diversification Fund (EDF) starts at $100,000 USD for a single applicant, $150,000 USD for the main applicant and spouse, and $175,000 USD for a family of four, with an additional $25,000 USD per dependent. Alternatively, investors can purchase government-approved real estate worth at least $200,000 USD, which must be held for at least 5 years. Additional fees apply for property registration, taxes, and legal expenses.

Application Fees

The due diligence fee is $7,500 USD for the primary applicant and $4,000 USD for dependents aged 16 or older. Processing fees amount to $1,000 USD per applicant.

Exclusions
